can't believe D has turned me into a car fanatic too. we chat together on car forums, pore over motoring magazines and have debates over engines and stuff. i even know all the model numbers! kudos to me! =D

after the drive, we finally got to try aston's ( there was no queue!)
the food was just passable, imo. maybe i was too sleepy to appreciate the food, cuz the drive started at 7am!!!!

hello! back from taipei and it was awesome. had lots of xiaolongbao, fried chicken, massages, sleep and shopping!!
heads up gals,the skincare is much cheaper there! and they have crazycutelovely japanese cosmetics like tiffa, lavshuca etc everywhere! loves!! my best buy was a bottle of pearl shimmer kanebo tiffa spf50 for only NT250! ( = $10+ sgd) . it makes the skin really smooth and luminous. ah! i wanna shoot myself in the head for buying only ONE bottle!!
the magnificent xiaolongbaos at dintaifung were SO delicious; totally different from the ones back here! and the tofu pudding and bubble tea- YUMYUMYUM.
we also had 2 nights of very expensive dinners! one was at shanghai story (chinese food) and the other was at mitsui ( japanese food). i didnt really appreciate the chinese food, but the japanese food was so intricately delicious! we had 2 really HUGE hokkaido crabs and an array of other yummies. think we had like 10 courses in all. the bill for each night came up to $600-700 SGD per person. gosh am i glad we were not the ones picking up the tab!! thanks to the good people at osstem!!! =)))
i saw cutecutecute puppies at the shilin night market. they were so heartwarmingly cute i wanted to ship a few toy poodles and malteses back!!!  we also went to the aqua pet fair at 101 and we got to see sooo many dogs! I WANT ANOTHER PUPPY PLEASE!!!!
and..taiwanese gals are a major thinspiration!!! gawd!!! how do they stay so thin despite being surrounded by SO much good food??? tis amazing. 90% of the taiwanese gals i saw weigh less than 45kgs and 100% had eyelash extensions!!  no eyelash extensions for me, but less than 45kgs is a pretty good goal. ganbatte!! i was eyeing this particular gal in din tai fung and she ate a grand total of 2 dumplings and half a plate of spinach! gosh, no wonder she looks the way she does! (for the record i ate 8 dumplings!!!! and alot more other things!)
and oh i wanna improve on my mandarin now cuz no one understands my mandarin, and i don't understand theirs either!!!
YAY LOOKING FORWARD TO 15TH AUGUST THEN IM OFF TO HONGKONG! oh my egg tarts!!!!
and then SEOUL in september!! john promised to bring me for the best JAJANG MYEON and to EVERLAND!!! YAYYAYYAY!!

1. the disney fairies game on iphone is fun!! should i get an iphone? my LG pink icecream phone is a lil wonky nowadays.
2. went to get a ultra-smoothening treatement for my tresses! see my bushy hair in the picture below? it's gone -i've silky, nice-smelling locks now. yay! =) twister is really good, they are also having 39% off all treatments. yay for my wallet too. ;)
3. some goodies i got sometime ago...that are now my perennial favourites.




4. evening walks in the park with latte and brutus= love. papa walks with me every evening. he picks up the poo. hahaha =D


5. i got tons of goodies from the laneige sale!! whitening essence at $20? sliding pact at $15? and sunblcok at $5???? ridiculously cheap!!! =)

1.i've decided to quit my fitness club. it's been stressing me out unknowingly. i rush to and from classes, leaving no time for friends, idling and even playing with brutus and latte. but don't worry, i'm not going to be a couch potato and pile on the pounds. i've decided to build my home gym!! ..and with my extensive collection of fitness DVDs, who needs a fitness club? i can work out with trainers like jillian michels and kathy smith for like, free! =)) yippee, yay. wanted a life fitness stairmaster and treadmill but did ya know that they cost like 12000 to 15000SGD each?? -_-  rather save my moolah for a nice birkin. so, anyway aibi is good enough for me. the suntec branch has great service too! =) i even got some discounts claiming to be a poor student! haha!

2.holiday at the end of the month! although it's only bangkok, and we're actually going for some implant seminar, it's still a break. break from routine and boring, boring singapore!! if only i could bring brutus along... i'm gonna miss him so much! did ya know poor brutus is now undergoing puberty and has acne on his face? the horrors! i had to squeeze out some of the pustules for him and apply tea tree oil.
